I wish they had limited options for free users like other supplier sites have. This way I can try the website before deciding to register

having problems but just started look forward to seeing more of this app so i cant figure out why the check list wont let my check off what i have done

Great Dropshipping App with room for improvement
Great:
- Good selection of high quality suppliers from around the world
- Good integration and mostly user friendly
- Good customer support, eager to help
- Great functionality to automate margins/mark ups
Room for improvement:
- plan prices change randomly without any warning, which is not cool for a small business. Smallest monthly plan went from Free to $29 to $49 making it hard to plan. Would love more transparent communication
- Sometimes had issues with synchronization, when it took a full day for my order to show up
- had payment issues when I had to attempt payment up to five times until it went through
- the search for products is very clumsy. It does not really show what you're searching for and the filter options could be better thought through (e.g. you can only select one country from-to)
- When searching for an exact supplier name, you still have to scroll to sometimes the third page until you find the supplier (assumption is that the big suppliers pay to always show up first, e.g. Big Buy is always the first)

I like the fact that you can add hundreds of products from suppliers. I don't like that you can't just choose certain categories to upload to your store from a supplier. You can choose individual products. Overall, it's okay. Not sure if I'd recommend it either way.
Thank you for your review. We are happy to say that there is definitely an option in Syncee to filter products by categories in bulk of your chosen supplier. You need to use the 'Find Suppliers' option on Syncee Marketplace for this. Just pick your supplier there and set up different filters on what you wish to upload to your store. I'm actually still building my online store but I do like how easy it is to import products to my store and that there is usually more than one photo for each product. That makes setting up the store easier. Looking forward to how things work when the store is up and running.

Just starting so really can't provide an accurate rating, monthly fees are high compared to other providers.

The price is too much for only 500 products, doesn't help sellers who wants to try it first before choosing a plan that is right for them. :P :P

Buena, pero para que sea funcional, les falta, pocos productos en español, y los que hay no puedes calcular el shipping.. (entonces NO es dropshipping) Si traduces tu el artículo , al día siguiente te lo borran y ponen en ingles. La fusión con Alibaba es buena, pero como porque paga el surcharge. A menos que resuelvan estas cosas, solo 1 mes estaré .

Furthermore, there are fields that Syncee does not update automatically, like the description or the title, however, there are fields you mustn't modify so the update process could work seamlessly. Customer service = 5 stars! The search features on the app are lacking and inaccurate. Searching for something specific (i.e. garden shovel), even with filters, does not generate those items, but instead generates water pumps. If searching multiple times in a row (i.e. outdoor chair, umbrella, grill, planter, etc), the app will start to generate the same items repeatedly, page after page and nothing is related to the search terms. Very frustrating.
