Outstanding Service.

i believe that sharing bad experience we do very often and on opposite side its not so common to share good one, but this time i do it.

i experienced Today 17-10-2017 Extraordinary GOOD service and support from Syncee Imre Tarsi with setting up our account/update. if You ask why here it goes :

1. FAST - and i mean really fast, contact in few minutes
2. COMMUNICATIVE - several exchanges were done and even if i faced some IT issues, Syncee provided a way to make things done
3. OPENNES - i can imagine it can be boring for individual to solve similar issues from time to time but i experienced a real helpfull hand with Syncee and i am very gratefull for that

Imre is very helpful. He was very receptive and patient with all of my questions. Gave me explanations which I really appreciated.

I love this app! It has a great variety of suppliers to choose from and various ways to search for products. Customer service is outstanding, they will respond almost immediately and are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend anyone to give it a try. It does have a 14 day free trial which I took advantage of and was convinced this app was the best one for my store.

I never rate things (or i don't remember the last time i did) but this time i had to make it. Syncee was exactly what I was looking for in order to synchronize my store with my dropshipper provider. I tested and it could make every feature it says it can make.
But the thing for which I am most grateful is the support . I am not a programmer so I couldn't synchronize the FTP of my dropshipper with my store by my own. Imre helped me instantly and made it for me.

They have a massive variety of items for drop shippers to fill online stores with.
Their service is very automated, they streamline the fulfillment process between the manufacturer, drop shipper, and end customer.
Whenever I reach out they respond immediately. Great customer service!

Great App! Love the search filters and walk-throughs during set-up. Also has knowledgeable customer service.
