I am using Syncee for several months now - and I must say that the support is amazing. I have only good experiences with ALL of their customer service agents. The only thing I wish to be improved is the suppliers list and products available for the European market.

It's not the best option for beginners because of their monthly plan options. Beside that, it could be a great supplier sources for a large variety of products.

Syncee did an amazing job helping me navigate my catalogue settings. My vendors ran out of products so my clothing store has zero products in several categories! I was shocked! Syncee answered my questions about next steps within 2-3 minutes. I am so thankful that on a Sunday morning at 6:20 am, I was able to get immediate support through chat. Imre was great! I could have had a major fit if he had not responded right away!!

I've had a great experience finding good products here. The quality is consistently good, and I appreciate the flexibility in shipping dates. App is a little tricky but once you get the hang of it it’s good. Customer service is quick and quite helpful.
