I cannot recommend this app based on my experience.
During the trial period, support responses were very quick. However, after becoming a paying customer, response times became much slower, especially when dealing with urgent order issues.
My biggest problem was with supplier EP Light. I had multiple paid orders that remained unfulfilled for an extended period despite repeated follow-ups through Syncee chat and email.
Affected orders:
* #9813 (Paid May 18, 2026)
* #9910 (Paid May 29, 2026)
* #9933 (Paid May 30, 2026)
Because of these delays, customers opened cases against me, eBay placed holds on my funds, and my seller performance and business reputation were negatively affected.
While Syncee support eventually responded and escalated the issue, the resolution process was too slow for paid customer orders. Retailers are left dealing with the consequences while waiting for suppliers to respond.
I hope Syncee improves supplier accountability, communication standards, and order fulfillment monitoring to better protect merchants using the platform.

I would like to add something to my previous feedback.
When I first subscribed to Syncee, the response time from support was much better. However, after becoming a paying customer, I noticed that responses became significantly slower, especially when dealing with urgent order issues.
What is most disappointing is that whenever I ask for a solution, I keep receiving the same explanation that Syncee is not responsible for supplier fulfillment. If that is the case, then who is responsible for protecting retailers when suppliers on your platform fail to fulfill paid orders?
I understand that suppliers manage their own inventory, but these suppliers are listed on the Syncee platform. If a supplier accepts payments, does not communicate properly, and fails to fulfill orders, I would expect Syncee to take stronger action.
My business is now at serious risk because of this situation.
* Customers have opened cases against me.
* My eBay funds have been placed on hold.
* My seller performance has been negatively affected.
* My store reputation has suffered.
* I may even lose my marketplace accounts if these issues are not resolved quickly.
My deadline is approaching, and I need this issue resolved before June 10.
I need a clear answer:
* Does the supplier currently have inventory for these products?
* Can the supplier fulfill the orders?
* If the supplier cannot fulfill them, when will I receive a refund?
If the supplier does not have stock, then I believe I deserve an immediate refund and a sincere apology. I placed these orders through a supplier available on the Syncee platform, and I relied on the information provided there.
I am not asking for excuses or repeated explanations. I am asking for a solution.

My suggestion is to try to find a way to secure that deliveries are made. Companies like mine, that rely on other companies to fulfill an order, can not succeed when orders are not fulfilled. Customer service is amazing. Pretty quick and friendly.

We had a very disappointing experience with Syncee.
We encountered multiple technical issues, including order search problems, fulfillment complications, and Shopify integration inconsistencies. More concerning, however, were product authenticity and IP-related issues involving items sourced through their platform. As a retailer, IP compliance is extremely important to us, and having trademark-related issues or potential related complaints for their supplier-sourced products is unacceptable.
We reported these concerns several times and requested support, cancellation of our subscription, and a refund due to the lack of usable value from the app. Unfortunately, despite multiple emails and follow-ups, no refund was initiated and the matter was not properly resolved.
We rely on transparency, supplier verification, and reliable system performance. Based on our experience, Syncee did not meet these expectations, and the lack of resolution ultimately harmed our business operations.
We hope the company improves its supplier vetting process, IP compliance oversight, app technical abilities & Shopify integration, and customer support responsiveness moving forward.

First, we would like to clarify that Syncee is a paid subscription-based platform, not a free service, and your account actively used the app during the subscription period. However, our team have already issued a refund previously which might take a few business days as it depends on Shopify's processing.
Regarding your concerns: Syncee operates as a B2B marketplace platform that connects retailers with independent suppliers. We require our suppliers to comply with our policies and applicable laws and they go through a deep vetting process before they could go live on our platform. However, retailers are responsible for selecting products and ensuring they meet their own business and compliance requirements.
As for the technical issues mentioned, thousands of merchants use our integration successfully every day. However, we understand that technical challenges can occur depending on store configuration and workflows, and our support team is always available to assist with troubleshooting.
