App might work well for businesses that are exclusively dropshipping or have loose brand guidelines and don't mind being published everywhere. For brands that want to have control over where they sell, it's not a helpful app. I receive junk applications for stores that don't meet my brand requirements constantly, and it's a very time-intensive and manual process to approve or reject retailers. Most that apply are focused on discount shopping and/or don't even have their website set up.

Thank you for your review. We are glad to see that several retailers were interested in reselling your products. It means you offer great products. You applied to be a supplier on our dropshipping platform, and you decided that you want a pre-approval process added before a retailer could actually start selling your products. We are sorry to read that approving/rejecting retailers manually meant extra work for you. This pre-approval process is not obligatory, it is the supplier's decision to have it on, and unfortunately, you have to set it manually if you wish to work with a retailer who wants to sell your product in their new or existing store.
We hope we can continue working together in the future!

What this app lacks in user friendliness it makes up for in excellent customer service. The app is easy to install and get running if you wish to open up your whole Shopify catalog to all stores anywhere in the world. However, the problems start if you only want a portion of your catalog listed on Syncee Marketplace and/or if you want to have control over where your brand is sold. None of these controls can be implemented intuitively on the back end by the supplier himself/herself. The back end of the app is a bit clunky, and one important thing that's missing is the ability to see how our supplier listings appear on Syncee Marketplace and rearrange listings as needed (e.g. I would like to have my bestsellers listed at the top of my supplier page). Despite all of that, Syncee customer service is fantastic, and that's the real redeeming quality of this app. I had to go back-and-forth with them several times to have the things I wanted accomplished done (only partial upload of my Shopify catalog, ability to manually approve or reject retailers), and Judit - who I worked with - was absolutely professional, responded fast, in a friendly manner, and was very helpful answering my questions and giving step-by-step instructions for enabling the features I needed. So, although there is room for improvement on the technical side of the app, the customer service is top-notch, and I'd be definitely willing to amend this review once those tech things are better resolved.
