I had a great experience with Syncee and especially with the support manager Judit Lep who assisted me throughout the process.
The manager was very responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. All my questions were answered clearly and promptly, and I really appreciated the patience and attention to detail. It felt like real, human support - not just generic replies.
As for the app itself, Syncee is a powerful and well-structured platform for connecting with retailers and partners. The interface is intuitive, the features are useful, and tools like finding and managing partners make the whole process much easier and more efficient.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the app and the level of customer support. Highly recommend Syncee to anyone looking to grow their Shopify business and build strong partnerships.

The retailers in this app are extremely poor quality. I wouldn't want my products listed on any of them. Avoid.

Please note that, as Shopify is a global community, many new retailers are joining every day, so it is natural that some of them are still at the beginning of their journey. However, there is a built-in solution for this in our app. Syncee offers an approval feature that allows suppliers to check and approve retailers before they can start selling your products. This means that retailers must first send an approval request, and you can choose which ones you want to work with.
There are different types of retailers in our system. Some already have an established online store and are looking for new products to expand their catalog. Others are in the process of building their store and are currently browsing for products. And there are also new store owners who have just started exploring dropshipping opportunities.
Syncee is a marketplace where any online store - new or existing - can find and sell products from various suppliers. Because of this, both beginner and experienced retailers are present in the app.

I tried syncee a few years ago but I must say this system has moved on so much. Judit was amazing and so fast. I would definately recommend. : )
