Problems: 1. It adds tax to the second store when sending the order, but tax is already included in the sale price of the first store
2. It deletes skus from both stores when you delete it from one store. But not all the time, so you have absolutley no consistency in the synchronisation or non synchronisation of deleting products.
3. The stock levles have started to no sync even though in the app it says all is successfully synced.
4. When you try to solve it they can take 24 hours to answer your question, then another 24 hours ot answer your follow-up question. And so it goes on. It's the most expensive app I have and the least robust and with the poorest support. So we are weening off it from January next year. It woud have been different if the support was live chat All problems could be resolved timely. But they are not.

Syncio was vital in ensuring the wholesale part of my client's store synced seamlessly with the retail side. Rayman, Jimmy and the team even went to the effort of customising it to suit my specific needs and talking me through how to use it over the phone.

Support is responsive. We ran into an issue (more of a misunderstanding of how the app works) and it was resolved within a matter of minutes. Be aware the app will sync any product whether it has inventory or not. So be mindful of what you tell the app to do .. because like anything software it will do exactly that. If you don't want items with no inventory sync'd: don't sync them. Great app, great support -
We have a sister brand that we used to duplicate and sync inventory to our main store. I though we need to spend hours replicating the listings to our main store, but Syncio got it done with just one click! We are super happy with how the inventory get sync, and we can also add in other new suppliers' product listing easily. This helps us to sell a much bigger range in a lot less time, highly recommended this app!
I use this app to connect my new shopify (moved from another platform) retail and wholesale stores. There were a few problems in the testing phase but support was excellent and it should work! Would highly recommend giving it a try.
The app is expensive so you kind of expect some support when you need it. However, they are useless. They provide Zero support! I opened a ticket 2 weeks ago and have followed up with other emails chasing an answer and no one has got back to me. So now my store is left in limbo. Looking for a different app.

The Syncio app is an absolute game changer for my business. As a multi-vendor marketplace, it streamlines everything. This is a Fantastic App and the Customer support (Rayman) I received was just brilliant. I cannot stress enough how great it was to have support at hand (I'm not the best at IT) and even though it actually wasn't tricky at all - it was great to have the help there. Thank you so much!
Excellent APP, synchronize products, orders, inventory, prices, everything you need for dropshippping or similar. In my case I needed to link 20k skus and it does not have such functionality.
