Highly recommended. This app makes having 2 stores so much easier to manage. it is user friendly and the staff is very helpful with anything you cant figure out on your own. A lifesaver for sure!
This app has been working well, and when there has been a bug the developers have been very quick to respond and provide a solution. Thank you for your app and great support.
Once I was able to get a hold of customer service through chat, they guided me with the appropriate tools to fix my issue. Very good!

Very good app. They continue to update and make changes that make it even better all the time. I'm even more surprised that it works flawlessly with Shopify locations enabled. Most apps still do not work correctly with this new feature. Keep up the good work!
This app is wonderful. I would like to give 10 stars instead of 5 stars. It is very easy to sync and works very well. If you have anything to worry about, it is solved immediately by their great customer service. I appreciate Rayman so much to help me each time I ask for help. Thank you so much!
So happy with the product and all the work Jimmy and Fei have done to ensure everything is working smoothly. They are constantly improving and rolling out new features. It's been a perfect solution for us to keep our inventory levels across two country stores synchronised without the need for an expensive ERP.
Rayman and the syncio team always go over and beyond with their support, we've been using Syncio for 3 years now and it's one of the few apps we are continuously please with.
