Syncio has helped Dollcake launch our second (US store) without the hassle of manually adding all our products. We have needed a few things done/help with things and the support team have been back in contact with us and helped us within hours each time. The app is a little confusing at first, but most of the problems were due to user error. But the support team is REMARKABLE

I installed Syncio to connect the inventory between my two stores Accordion Pro Shop and Hermes Music. Thanks to Syncio, when a sale is made on one store, the inventory will automatically update to the other, saving me time and hassle. The customer service has been fantastic as well, having been able to skype call some questions and the team is always very responsive over chat. Highly recommend!
