I've been impressed by the customer support in troubleshooting anything that I've encountered. It's made it much easier to sell through other stores, syncing products is fast and easy and the inventory adjusts automatically when orders come through.
This app has been a life saver, saving me hours of manual work uploading products and stressing over out-of-date inventory on my stores. Now inventory is updated to all my stores automatically and in real-time. Customer support has been fantastic too, helping me setup the stores while also quick to respond to any questions I had. I highly recommend this app!
I absolutely love this app, I was having a syncing issue and Jimmy helped me figure it out. He walked me through the entire process and figured out where I was having the issue with my products syncing. Jimmy was very patient answered all my questions and concerns, I have nothing but great things to say and Jimmy and his company. The Syncio app is easy to use and keeps you on top of your inventory. A great app and absolutely amazing support! They put in a lot of effort to make the app work with our POS-system which requires different SKUs compared to our other stores. Rayman does great work with customer service and kept us updated all the time!
