Excellent customer service. I was in a bind in regard to sync issue and they helped me resolve the same day. I have dealt with a lot of software companies and this one has some of the best customer support. Thank you.

Amazing customer service. Awesome app too. It helps me save a lot of time by syncing inventory from multiple stores seamlessly.

I was struggling with syncing my inventory on two separate stores. SyncLogic was the answer! Easy to install, AMAZING customer service and I was able to add the app, sync my inventory and create invoices within minutes. Love this app!

Never Before have i experienced such amazing technical support, thank you Shane!!. I downloaded sync logic as I need to connect both stores inventory. Also I want a system to list directly to my second Shopify site, so all I now need to do is rewrite unique content for the second site listings once it adds them, this will save hours of work each month

If you need the same requirements as mine above you will find it hard to beat this app for price, other apps offer similar features but are too expensive and complex. This app is so easy once you have set it up.

This is the only app I could find that could do it for a reasonable price. Shane was there on the phone to help me really quickly, even though I am in the UK and he is in Canada. So far the app if working great

I simply gave shane my login permissions for both my wholesale and retail sites and he set it all up for me, I just told him what sync rules I wanted and it was easy as pie. The interface is so simple to use.

Looking forward to using this longterm

Deleted this app but was still charged by them. They did fix the issue so I updated my review from 1 Star to 3, as asked to by their customer support. The app is still overpriced for what it offers the consumer, but can still be a great addition to any online store if used properly.

Hi, sorry to hear you don't agree with our pricing. Our billing is done by Shopify's billing, and is charged per month and not prorated on uninstall. We went ahead and refunded you for the entire month despite you using part of it. Thanks for updating your review as you promised. Best of luck moving forward.

Alguns dos meus itens o estoque aparece como 0 minha outra na loja conectada, a sincronização parece não ser muito boa, eu termino de cadastrar um produto e quando vou olhar depois de algumas horas na loja filha, esse produto está com o estoque em 0, mesmo não vendendo nenhum ainda...

Please forgive our Portuguese, we're using an automatic translator. Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the initial inventory sync. If reach out to us, either by email or with the help button in the app, we can correct any issues like this. We do indeed have an issue with some products' inventory failing to sync initially at a low frequency. We're dedicating engineering resources this week to try to figure out why and solve this issue. In the meantime you can reach out to us to run health checks on your products or you can force a resync of a product by making a small change to the source product. We'll update you again when we have this issue fixed.

Glad to see you're still using SyncLogic. We had an issue where the inventory failed to sync on the first try less than 1% of the time when creating new products. It was a subtle timing issue and hard to track down but it's been resolved. We've also released some performance improvements along the way. We hope you'll see much better performance going forward.
