The app is really a "must have" for multiple storefront shopify stores - works like a charm. The support team is AMAZING, many thanks Shane!

Update: Synclogic was very quick in responding to my review. They were able to reverse the charge for December since it was uninstalled. It's a great app that makes my website almost automatic. It is still not worth it for my business as my customers do not typically purchase enough to make it worth it. However, it I received more than 10 orders a week, I'd consider re-installing the app.

Original Review: I was charged for the app even though I uninstalled it on December 2nd. It's overpriced and is not worth it for my shop.

Thank you for updating your review. Shopify's billing is somewhat confusing, and charges full months for the month that a store uninstalls. We are happy to refund prorated billing after a store uninstalls if a store reaches out and requests it.

Very solid experience with functionality such as two-way sync of inventory between shops that I haven't been able to find anywhere else. Support is really quick and comes back with real solutions to issues in a way that had me really impressed. Would really recommend if you need to tie several shops together!

Excellent and simple app. Works as described saving us a lot of time, resources and money. Devs are extremely quick to respond to questions and offering help/suggestions on how to configure to suit our expansion stores. Highly recommend!

I wouldn’t not be able to run my business without Synclogic. Bc of covid I went from having 3 employees to just me. Synclogic is enabling me to use dropshipping with real-time quantity updates. Now I’m able to sell products and have the dropshippers ship for me. It’s all automated and has made my life so much easier! On top of that the customer service is truly amazing. Shane goes above and beyond to help with any issues!

Absolutely amazing app! the products sync and upload very fast and it works just perfectly.
The support is very quick and helpful and answered all of my complicated questions and also solved them.
I wish I could give this app more than 5 stars!!

Deleted this app but was still charged by them. They did fix the issue so I updated my review from 1 Star to 3, as asked to by their customer support. The app is still overpriced for what it offers the consumer, but can still be a great addition to any online store if used properly.

Hi, sorry to hear you don't agree with our pricing. Our billing is done by Shopify's billing, and is charged per month and not prorated on uninstall. We went ahead and refunded you for the entire month despite you using part of it. Thanks for updating your review as you promised. Best of luck moving forward.

Alguns dos meus itens o estoque aparece como 0 minha outra na loja conectada, a sincronização parece não ser muito boa, eu termino de cadastrar um produto e quando vou olhar depois de algumas horas na loja filha, esse produto está com o estoque em 0, mesmo não vendendo nenhum ainda...

Please forgive our Portuguese, we're using an automatic translator. Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the initial inventory sync. If reach out to us, either by email or with the help button in the app, we can correct any issues like this. We do indeed have an issue with some products' inventory failing to sync initially at a low frequency. We're dedicating engineering resources this week to try to figure out why and solve this issue. In the meantime you can reach out to us to run health checks on your products or you can force a resync of a product by making a small change to the source product. We'll update you again when we have this issue fixed.

Glad to see you're still using SyncLogic. We had an issue where the inventory failed to sync on the first try less than 1% of the time when creating new products. It was a subtle timing issue and hard to track down but it's been resolved. We've also released some performance improvements along the way. We hope you'll see much better performance going forward.

SyncLogic is a GREAT app! If you need to share products between shops, this is the app for you! Works perfect helping us support multiple currencies on different shops, plus top notch support! These guys are on the ball!
