Best app ever! Customer service is amazing. Seriously this app has transformed our business and made our lives so much easier. Highly recommend this app to anyone looking to connect stores.
We use SyncLogic to sync items from multiple shops. My business literally wouldn't run without it. The staff is quick to respond and always helpful and friendly.
Had issues with sales prices staying in sync to my vendor. Contacted Synclogic & in 20 min received a response. Great customer service! Issue was resolved quickly! Thank you again!

Synclogic has been a game changer for our business. When Covid hit, we slowed down dramatically. Since using it, our sales have gone up. We are so happy with Synclogic :)
The app is great, is running perfectly and it has all the important settings in order to match your requirements. The support is very professional and super helpful. I really suggest to install it! I use it to sync the inventory between 4 shops and i didn't ever income in any oversell.

I would defiantly recommend this app to anyone who has two stores and would like to sync inventory between them.

Update: Synclogic was very quick in responding to my review. They were able to reverse the charge for December since it was uninstalled. It's a great app that makes my website almost automatic. It is still not worth it for my business as my customers do not typically purchase enough to make it worth it. However, it I received more than 10 orders a week, I'd consider re-installing the app.

Thank you for updating your review. Shopify's billing is somewhat confusing, and charges full months for the month that a store uninstalls. We are happy to refund prorated billing after a store uninstalls if a store reaches out and requests it.
Very solid experience with functionality such as two-way sync of inventory between shops that I haven't been able to find anywhere else. Support is really quick and comes back with real solutions to issues in a way that had me really impressed. Would really recommend if you need to tie several shops together!
