Shane helped me greatly solve some drop shipping issues, when above and beyond! He also reached out by phone, very pleasant to talk with! Took a few days of discovery and repair but all my problems with the how it sync'd got worked out! Don't be afraid to get into more detail about what ever your needs are !
Hi. I also sent you a message via the ticket you opened with more details. In short, we don't sync the POS field and it appears that perhaps with a recent Shopify change new products are defaulting to going to POS if you have that sales channel enabled.
I've written a script to detect and fix this for you as a short term solution and hope to roll out a permanent solution in the coming days.
Update May 17th - I've just released an update that prevents drop ship products from going to POS when SyncLogic creates them, so the issue you reported should now be fixed.

Hands down one of the best apps on the Shopify store, this app not only syncs ALL my inventory but also creates the new products (if i want it to) on all my other stores without me having to manually export and import listings!, support is superb also with a couple of MINOR issues which were fixed asap!
This App has saved us lots of time in updating the inventory between two stores. It is reliable and sufficient. Most importantly the support we have got until we have completed the job was outstanding. Honestly, the questions were being answered quickly and the challenges related to our scenario were handled professionally. Great attitude from the highest level of support to the basic support specialist.
I initially had issues with setup up bc of an app I already had running. I reached out to customer service one evening via email about 10 pm and I woke up to a response with an answer. Their customer service is fantastic!!!! 10 out of 10!
As a drop ship company, SyncLogic is the heartbeat of our company. Without this app we would spend hours sending spreadsheets of inventory to our customers for them to manually update. This app has transformed the way we do business, with real time inventory syncs to amazing customer service...we would be lost without them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone that needs to share inventory amongst multiple stores.
It's great to sync 2 stores and copy the inventory across so that it can be tracked but it doesn't yet have the ability to sync orders. The support team are great though and very quick to answer queries and help out with any issues.Looking forward to the next upgrade!
