The support team is awesome, recommend this app. great addon to my store. It really helps me sync all my tracking orders to PayPal to stop PayPal from holding my money. I can also do it all automatically as well, saves me hours every day from checking the PayPal transaction, and inputting the tracking details...

This app is super easy to set up and integrate with our PayPal. it works seamlessly. Also, the support is super helpful and quick.

I was having some serious trouble with this Shopify plugin. I couldn't seem to get it to work, and I was getting increasingly frustrated. That's when I reached out to customer support, and I was lucky enough to be connected with Joyce. From the get-go, Joyce was a breath of fresh air. She was patient, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to my concerns and offered some fantastic advice on how to get the plugin up and running. But, even after trying out her suggestions, I was still having issues. That's when Joyce really went above and beyond. She did some troubleshooting on her end, and after some back and forth, she was able to identify the root of the problem.
Thanks to Joyce's help, I was finally able to get this plugin working perfectly. It was such a relief, and I couldn't have done it without her. Her expertise and willingness to help were invaluable, and I'm so grateful for all the time and effort she put in.

I'm a newbie in e-commerce, and SyncTrack is by far the most useful app out there! The installation process was quick and easy, and their support team (i chated with tracy) is top-notch. With SyncTrack, I no longer experience any problems with PayPal freezing my income. I highly recommend SyncTrack! 5 stars
