I was having some serious trouble with this Shopify plugin. I couldn't seem to get it to work, and I was getting increasingly frustrated. That's when I reached out to customer support, and I was lucky enough to be connected with Joyce. From the get-go, Joyce was a breath of fresh air. She was patient, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to my concerns and offered some fantastic advice on how to get the plugin up and running.
