⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I Rate This A 5 Star App. The Best PayPal Sync On Shopify! I installed 4-5 PayPal Syncs and they ALL had the same issue with PayFlow Pro, they could not sync these transactions. Yes, they asked you to link to your PayPal, and most did without a problem. Yes most synched lots of PayPal orders, but they did not sync PayFlow orders linked to the same account. I spoke with support, and explained that we were getting errors and that they all were coming from some PayFlow transactions. I understood that Amex transactions should give an error, as those were not processed by PayPal, however all the rest of the PayFlow transactions should appear and be synched. They found out that the PayFlow Transaction ID being provided by PayPal was WRONG.. and I confirmed it on my side. After this, this figured out how to get to sync the right transactions, and fixed the issues with non-Amex transactions! This is the ONLY app that can do this on the Shopify app store, and these guys are the only people that took there time to understand and figure out a fix. So if you are looking for a Sync app with PayPal and one day you think you will grow large enough to use PayFlow and take credit cards at the checkout, along with regular PayPal payments... then this is the only app that will help you with both. If you don't have PayFlow Pro yet, it doesn't matter... I suggest getting this app, because when you grow large enough that some other person plugs in PayFlow in the future, you will be glad you used this app from the start. No, I wasn't paid anything for this review, it is legit and I cannot tell you how helpful it is.

The main function of the app is to automatically sync tracking information between PayPal and your Shopify store, and it does this flawlessly. I no longer have to manually enter tracking information for each order, which has saved me a lot of time and hassle.
In addition to the basic syncing function, Synctrack also offers some other useful features. The customer support for Synctrack, Anna has been excellent. I had a question about a specific feature, and she responded quickly with a helpful and detailed answer. I would definitely recommend it to other Shopify merchants who are looking for an easy and reliable way to manage their PayPal tracking.

SyncTrack has completely streamlined my online business's shipping process. Before using the app, I was constantly losing track of my orders and struggling to keep everything organized. But now, with the ability to easily add tracking information to both Stripe and PayPal, I've been able to stay on top of everything with ease. The inclusion of the agent name "Tracy" has also been a huge help in making sure that all of my orders are properly accounted for. If you're looking to improve your shipping process, I highly recommend giving SyncTrack a try.

Oh, let me tell you a tale of my experience with the Synctrack PayPal Tracking Sync plugin for Shopify and the absolute gem of a support person, Joyce, who saved the day!

Picture this: I was running my Shopify store, and I noticed that my PayPal orders were not syncing with my store's tracking information. I was pulling my hair out trying to figure out what was going on! Then, like a beacon of hope, I stumbled upon the Synctrack plugin, and I thought, "this might be the solution to all my problems!"

I installed the plugin, but I still couldn't get it to work. So, I contacted the support team, and that's when I met Joyce. Let me tell you, this lady was a superstar! Synctrack is amazing! Their support is very good and fast! Tracy was very patient with me and answered every question that I had! We talked for an hour and now I almost know everything about the app! The app is super easy to use and an absolute MUST for everyone using PayPal! You might be thinking that you don't need this app right now if you didn't get any PayPal holds but trust you will regret it if you don't get it before the problems start happening. Of course, if you still get problems this app solves them for you quickly but always be prepared! Very low price for the amazing value you get back as well. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thanks for everything Synctrack team!

don't wait till you have a Problem - after I received a dispute from a costumer in Paypal which I did not update the tracking number, I deiced to find a App to do this job, was many in store and I used 2x and was not what I am waiting, then I found this App, as I located in Germany, my Shopify do not support most of the curer company in my country, so I contact the Costumer service and they guide me steep after steep and there develop team sort all the Problem, I am happy with them and with Rosie which she helped me too much and many many thanks for the top service

I was having some serious trouble with this Shopify plugin. I couldn't seem to get it to work, and I was getting increasingly frustrated. That's when I reached out to customer support, and I was lucky enough to be connected with Joyce. From the get-go, Joyce was a breath of fresh air. She was patient, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to my concerns and offered some fantastic advice on how to get the plugin up and running. But, even after trying out her suggestions, I was still having issues. That's when Joyce really went above and beyond. She did some troubleshooting on her end, and after some back and forth, she was able to identify the root of the problem.
