Great customer service I ask one question but Joy fixed many things in my store and in the app thanks a lot joy you the best. And the app worked perfectly I recommend to every drop shipper specially the other app the cookies one

The App is great and Tracy from their customer service is amazing! She explained me everything about the app and is so patient and kind. The App is a must to prevent holds from PayPal and to sync the tracking numbers automatically. The best app for this case is definitely Synctrack. Amazing value for a cheap price! I can 100% recommend it and give 5 stars.

I can't recommend this app enough. takes the hassle out adding tracking to paypal. It's such an important process and has so many benefits as a business to have all the required info synced to paypal. Amazing support no matter what the issue it's never a problem. I am only a tiny business and on the free tier but honestly when I start reaching the threshold I will definitely be keeping this app going it is essential.

Great app, saved me from a lot of PayPal holds. The customer support is great as well, they answer in a matter of seconds, you just have to explain the issue, and then they proceed to fix it in no time. They are brave at explaining in detail and are very gentle. A big thanks especially to Andy for helping me out with the concern I had today. Recommended.

A++++ Works like a charm!!! Fast! Easy to set-up. Sync back your orders up to 360 days. In less than 5 minutes I've installed it, uploaded 40 paypal tracking to Paypal and not only saved me time but also helped me to recover all of my "frozen" revenues.
