We've been using Synder for a couple of years now and find it extremely beneficial for our QBO accounting system. We recently had an issue where our synchronizations stopped working after an update and Marko with Customer Support was able to give me the resolution quickly. Overall, satisfied with the product and the support.
We have struggled in the past with the manual burden of syncing the Shopify transactions into QBO. This application definitely decreases the manual burden and helps to reconcile our books. There is a learning curve if your QBO needs to be set up a particular way to integrate properly. Still working through why certain transactions get "skipped" in the syncing process.
Turned into an existential threat to our company
Synder built an atomic bomb into our entire accounting and did nothing to fix it for one month. We do not know how to proceed, the Service is not replying and we do not have a way out. We have thousands of orders in the backlog that are not synced and no way to solve the problem. Our cash flow is off, our inventory is off and we are entirely blind.
Be aware of all the fake reviews of newly added users that only rated Synder. Check the negative ratings for an accurate idea.
Update: The friendly Service team helped us to solve the complete shutdown after multiple weeks. Now the tool is 20% working with multiple failures per hour. I am definitely not happy with the current state, as we have one person nearly full-time monitoring Synder.
Update: Weeks later, the tool is still not working. Errors and red flags are everywhere. We are in 24/7 contact with support but we are still looking for a solution.
Update: The issues seem to be fixed now and our books are restored correctly. Andrew worked hard to solve our problems and we appreciate his assistance. We will update this review in the future in case the system stays stable or collapses again.

The speed of synchronization depends on the API limits of ecommerce platforms (Amazon+Shopify in your case). It worked from day one. I had one minor issue where i could not find a setting, but Marko showed me where it was in 3 minutes via chat session! I'm talking FAST response in chat and right to the fix!
Synder is perfectly working with Quickbooks as we use it....and with shopify too....everything is smooth and working great.
We have Quickbooks Desktop for Canada and Synder works perfectly between Shopify and Quickbooks. Many hours saved with the sync of transactions, and the easily mapping of our products from Shopify to Quickbooks Desktop. Our accountant is really enjoying it!
This app is highly beneficial and can significantly reduce manual work. Their support team is exceptional, always ready to help, and resolves any issue within seconds.A special shout out to Kay and Felix who were extremely helpful during the setup processes
I am a QBO user. Today was my 1st day using Synder. I chatted with Andrew today who was very patient while helping navigate through Synder. He was very helpful. I have a lot to learn, but if the customer service continues to be this good, I am sure I will learn a lot.
There's a lot of Xero to Shopify apps, lots of them with limited or overly expensive functionality. Synder are stand out so far especially with regards to their customer service. I got Andrew on a chat and rather than direct me to 'help articles' - he carefully explained and problem solved all of the technical issues I was facing. This is the difference that will get me to subscribe to a service that actually solves my challenges. Fantastic so far. Highly recommend.
Four stars for now just for their service team, but I anticipate this going to five once I've got my setup fully complete.
I am still in the setup and testing process with Synder but I have been getting great service from the chat team. Andrew, in particular, has been super helpful in getting me on the right path. The team is quick to respond, knowledgeable and follow up appropriately without me having to initiate. They stand by their product.
George was extremely helpful and walked me through the entire setup from start to finish. We tested transactions to ensure they were coded correctly within our accounting system. We work with multiple selling regions and multi-currencies and George was knowledgeable on all required Xero settings. The process was very Smooth. Thank you George and Synder!
