Synder's client support is awesome! Specifically Helen, who was extremely easy to work with and solved our problem in no time. Very impressed with their willingness to help with any situation and find a quick solution. Would definitely recommend!
We have been using this app for over 4 months now, to sync our Shopify and Square transactions with QB - and we are 100% satisfied with the service. The app is easy to configure, and the customer support is superb. Lizzie has been especially super helpful! She has helped us with every step, from the initial setup and configuration to monthly updates and occasional questions from Quickbooks team. This is one of a few apps that let's you separate Shopify fees from the rest of the transactions - so your QB bookkeeper/accountant will love it. Definitely deserves 5 stars review!
These guys ROCK! The support is dead on. The configurations for different sales channels is not intuitive in some cases, but the support team has always been able to respond and/or fix any issues quickly. I used to book all revenue based on net deposits, now Synder books gross revenue and balances all the expenses associated with each sales channel in a clean easy way per settlement received. We also moved our inventory to QBO - Synder takes the orders made and keeps my QBO inventory as my source of truth for all sales channels. Still working through some issues, but the response has been good and so far, I'm happy we've chosen them.
We had issues with reconciling Shopify deposits with the Bank feed using Synder. Synder listened to our issue, which I believe is a "we" larger than just our firm, and is updating their Journal Entries to accommodate days there are more than one deposit. They listened, they are easy to work with, they are professional. Support is critical to work with these apps.
Synder is user super friendly. I love working with this app. And when issues appeared I always was able to reach out support team and resolve all of my issues. Kay, Andrew and Vita are super professional in their approach of fixing problems! Truly Recommend!

Customer service is great! I had an issue with a transaction not properly importing and Helen was there to answer and solve my problem! It is super easy to get in contact with customer service.
Fantastic support team, both Renata and George were a huge help in getting the integration between shopify and our Quick Books Desktop to connect.
This is the best tool for QuickBooks syncing that I've found -- and I've been looking and trying many alternatives for years. The thing that I like most is the transaction-level detail. Most other sync apps make periodic entries rather than transaction-by-transaction entries.
Synder works great to pull detail of transactions from Shopify into QBO- saves so much manual time and provides appropriate transaction information to able to correctly allocate both spending and income.
