Andrew helped resolve me issue in a matter of minutes. He was very thorough by providing the steps I needed to correct the issues. Hats off to Snyder and the team for employing a talented person!
George was extremely helpful and walked me through the entire setup from start to finish. We tested transactions to ensure they were coded correctly within our accounting system. We work with multiple selling regions and multi-currencies and George was knowledgeable on all required Xero settings. The process was very Smooth. Thank you George and Synder!

Thoroughly satisfied with this app so far. It completely simplifies my bookkeeping. Seems to be reliable so far in importing all of my Shopify and Paypal sales (multiple currencies). Am yet to delve deep into all of the functionality it can offer but so far so good. Customer service is very responsive and helpful.
The support team was very helpful to get me where I needed to go. It is a little pricey to get my own data, but in the end it saved me a huge headache.
It's a great app, it is excellent to sync Shopify and QBO!

Synder has been a complete life saver for our business. In terms of automating the process between Shopify & Quickbooks I couldn't think of a tool which could do a better job. The smart rules option is super handy for country based tax codes and the customer service, in particular Pauline and Helen have been incredibly responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend !
We use synder and it is such a time saver. I recently needed help with reconciliation and Yar got on the chat super quick and resolved the issue.
We have had Synder for a little over a year to sync our Shopify and PayPal to our QuickBooks. Recently we noticed some discrepancies in our reporting between the platforms. We scheduled a call with Vita in support and we could not be more pleased. She answered all of our questions, found the areas we needed to address, and patiently walked us through each step to get us back on track. We strongly recommend this software for anyone looking to take their online store to the next level and Vita in support for top notch care!
