Synder has reduced the administration of our accounts significantly. We integrate 2 Shopify stores with Xero, and we have added a number of custom developments as well. The Synder team have been excellent in assisting with this, particularly Hendrick who has guided us though each stage with clear communication on timelines and what can be achieved.

We could not survive without this app. It was easy to set up once we got our accounts right. The amount of time it now saves us from a bookkeeping point of view is crazy.

We are using Synder service on two stores. So far everything works well, it helps a lot with accounting (sync to Xero). Matching of payment transactions from paypal with actual order saves a lot of time. Good admin panel with detailed information, filtering and error messages help to solve some issues like items out of stock etc.

Clarissa helped resolve a sync classification issue between Shopify and QBO. We started a second store and were having issue with separating transactions for each store. Her support was very helpful and will save us a lot of time going forward in managing the books in QBO. Thanks Clarissa

I recently had the pleasure of working with Clarissa from the Synder Support Team, and she truly went above and beyond to solve my issue. I needed to direct taxes to different accounts for AZ and CA. Clarissa provided a creative and effective workaround that allowed me to achieve my goal.

She patiently walked me through the process of disabling the Apply Taxes setting in Synder and creating rules to map taxes to the correct accounts in QBO. Her instructions were clear and easy to follow, and she even tested the solution on her end to ensure it would work for me.

Clarissa's dedication to finding a solution and her thorough explanations made a significant difference. Thanks to her, my accounting process is now streamlined and accurate. I highly recommend Clarissa and the Synder Support Team for their exceptional service and problem-solving skills!

We have Quickbooks Desktop for Canada and Synder works perfectly between Shopify and Quickbooks. Many hours saved with the sync of transactions, and the easily mapping of our products from Shopify to Quickbooks Desktop. Our accountant is really enjoying it!

Synder has completely transformed how I manage my accounting tasks. Its seamless integration has significantly reduced the time spent on manual tasks by automating them. The system's intuitive interface makes it easy to navigate, even for non-technical users. I recently needed help, and Natalie assisted me tremendously. She was patient and knowledgeable. In today's world, good customer support and care are hard to come by, so this definitely earns Synder extra stars. Thank you, Natalie.

I will wait for the Synder team to create an integration so that QB inventory increases as Shopify inventory increases. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Apart from that, they are great.

Synder helps me enormously by simplifying the process of reconciling payments from Shopify and PayPal into my Xero accounting platform. Before Synder it was an almost impossible manual process, but with Synder it's a simple one-click process.
Setup would have been complicated for me, but the Synder support team did it all for me. Could not have been easier.
And when needed, Synder support were both responsive and helpful in helping me through additional setup issues where my lack of knowledge was the limiting factor!!
Yes, it's a little expensive, but if I think of what I'd have to do if I didn't have Synder - well, it would be impossible!
Recommended.
