My company recently started using Synder to sync our transactions from Shopify to QBO. I encountered some issues along the way while I was getting started, but Synder support has been excellent.

James Plummer was a great help and patiently showed me how to get everything syncing properly and running smoothly. I feel very confident using this App now and knowing that help is just a click away.

Syncing with Synder is a game changer and makes it a breeze of it automatically doing all the work for you, which saves you alot more time.
They offer great support too which Andrew from their team was able sort out an issue in no time. Would recommend this to anyone who runs an ecommerce business.

We've been using Synder for a couple of years now and find it extremely beneficial for our QBO accounting system. We recently had an issue where our synchronizations stopped working after an update and Marko with Customer Support was able to give me the resolution quickly. Overall, satisfied with the product and the support. George gave us excellent support.

Found this app through the app store. Does the job well and as described. Only complaint is the inability to accept multiple currencies with the smaller plan. We sell in both the U.S. and Canadian markets, but don't have enough sales to justify paying the larger monthly fees.
