The service from the customer support time is great. Keith especially has been an amazing help!
As for the app, processing times are quite long and quite pricey for high transaction businesses. Also, some key functionality is blocked until you have spoken to their onboarding them which adds further delays if you are trying to get it set up quickly.

Great platform, however, hard to set up and their pricing structure is not straight forward. Ended up being charged per automation rule, ect... seems like they are trying to get you to pay extra where ever they can.

I purchased this app because we use shopify for our organic maple farm to process our orders for both retail (our website) and pos (on farm sales). with our website through shopify, we can accept pay pal, amazon, apple etc... we are not a big company but when you get to the point of reconciling these accounts and reporting sales, journal entries are painful and the reporting in shopify at our level is not easy to navigate. We wanted an integration with Quick Books Desktop (not the online version). After searching around this company was my choice. The reason I chose them has to do with their response time during the support chats. So far all my problems were resolved in the chat and I am able to syn my QB and shopify together very easily. Special thanks to each of the representative at Synder for helping me through this process. Helen and Tony's were spot on with their help as was the initial person I talked to when I first landed on their website, Sasha. Top notch support that convinced me they know what they are doing and care about me as a customer. Thanks everyone for your help today!

Pretty happy with the app so far, it cleanly reconciles my transactions and all fees through shopify payments and paypal. There was a bit of a set up and if you're not familiar with bookeeping, you might need to make sure you set it up correctly. Only drawback so far is that it doesn't sync klarna payments.

The support team was very helpful to get me where I needed to go. It is a little pricey to get my own data, but in the end it saved me a huge headache.

Hard 2 stars or soft 3 stars. The platform seemed easy to use. I was more than happy to subscribe but before I did I had some questions and wanted to be shown how to use the website via a demo (which is standard with most SAAS businesses). I was told there are webinars or paid personal demos. Now call me old fashion but shouldn't the salesperson be courting the client? It also makes me think if this is the way I am treated as new business AKA a hot prospect how will I be treated when I have joined! My advice to the CEO or head of sales is to think about your target market. You are targeting people who are busy and want the accounting side of things to be taken care of. If there is software that can help me with bookkeeping whether it is $50 or $150 a month does not matter. I would happily pay more to have my hand held and shown exactly how to use it only think about it at tax time. Not only that, I would probably never change even if there was a cheaper alternative on the market as it would be more hassle than it is worth. For these reasons I have uninstalled Synder and will use one of their competitors which I hope will show more customer care.

Best app so far to connect Shopify and XERO.
After many hours spent looking for a descent app to connect XERO and SHOPIFY I think I found "THE ONE"
