This is a life saver for a small business. Easily connects to quickbooks desktop and has saved hours on manual entry so I can spend more time focusing on the business and less on admin. This is a highly recommended app.
Just trying out this new app and so far it is excellent. Customer service from Lizzie was the best! She helped me troubleshoot and onboard perfectly!
Live chat support is great! I had a few questions with onboarding and George took his time to answer every question. He was very responsive, offered step by step instructions, and sent screenshots. This is what you call customer service.
The app works well to sync all transactions from the different platforms into Quickbooks. PROS: Allows to pretty much fully automate accounting. CONS: Monthly transactions included in your package do not roll over to the next month. Also the setup time can be quite demanding depending on the number of platforms you need to sync inc.
Using this app to sync our E-Commerce stores with QBO. The customer support has been very very helpful. So far very pleased with the app.
The app helps a lot with seamless workflow integration. Once you are done with the initial set-up (e.g. linking your platforms where Snyder's customer service is top notch support), everything is just automated - a true time saver!

Synder is the best sync system I've found for ecommerce sales data. Simplifies and automates the whole process, and their customer service is great (especially Lizzie, thank you!)

The service from the customer support time is great. Keith especially has been an amazing help!
As for the app, processing times are quite long and quite pricey for high transaction businesses. Also, some key functionality is blocked until you have spoken to their onboarding them which adds further delays if you are trying to get it set up quickly.
