Best if you're importing from multiple channels and syncing data by each transaction. Pricing may seem high, but assuming you're on multiple channels, it's not bad 'cause other apps charge by each channel, while Synder charge by the total number of transactions.
We've been using Synder for a couple of years now and find it extremely beneficial for our QBO accounting system. We recently had an issue where our synchronizations stopped working after an update and Marko with Customer Support was able to give me the resolution quickly. Overall, satisfied with the product and the support.
We have struggled in the past with the manual burden of syncing the Shopify transactions into QBO. This application definitely decreases the manual burden and helps to reconcile our books. There is a learning curve if your QBO needs to be set up a particular way to integrate properly. Still working through why certain transactions get "skipped" in the syncing process.
We have Quickbooks Desktop for Canada and Synder works perfectly between Shopify and Quickbooks. Many hours saved with the sync of transactions, and the easily mapping of our products from Shopify to Quickbooks Desktop. Our accountant is really enjoying it!
It worked from day one. I had one minor issue where i could not find a setting, but Marko showed me where it was in 3 minutes via chat session! I'm talking FAST response in chat and right to the fix!
Synder is perfectly working with Quickbooks as we use it....and with shopify too....everything is smooth and working great.
Synder is user super friendly. I love working with this app. And when issues appeared I always was able to reach out support team and resolve all of my issues. Kay, Andrew and Vita are super professional in their approach of fixing problems! Truly Recommend!
