Once you get it figured out it works pretty well.. now and then there will be an issue with syncing but their help team works out alright.
Best app I have found for Xero integration. And having the option to sync other payment providers is a bonus, and not something offered by the other apps i have tried.
very happy with this app. makes life really easy when using QBO. and the ladies from the support team are amazing. patient and the have all the answers. thanks Lizzie, Anastasia and Nataly. I recommend using Synder.
During the initial review of the product, Andrey's support really helped me with understanding how to utilize Synder for our needs. The setup process is very important but once you get that going the sync work quite well.
As COO of a bookkeeping firm I work with many apps that connect to QuickBooks and I have to say Lizzie and the Synder Team really do a fantastic job of support clients. They also have a great product with good options for customization. Since my first review I also need to add Anna and Tony are also really responsive and helpful. It appears the culture at Synder is customer focused. Great partner.
We used Webgility for years to sync our sales from multiple storefronts to Quickbooks online. It fell short in several key areas: Shopify sales paid with PayPal, transaction expenses from PayPal, Shopify, and eBay, and reconciliation of payouts from Shopify, eBay and PayPal. It took an enormous amount of time to adjust and reconcile accounts. Synder now correctly handles all of those issues for just a little bit more than we were paying Webgility. Support has been fantastic!!! We had a few start up issues and Synder support staff was HIGHLY responsive and addressed all the issues. Highly recommend this service!!!
I use this app to sync my orders from Shopify to Quickbooks. It helps me save ton of time and make sure i keep track of my finances. I love it!
Not only does this app sync my transactions from other marketplaces like Amazon and other payment systems like Paypal it also allows me to sync my Shopify Manual Orders with Quickbooks which saved me hours of reconciliation each month.
So far the Synder team has been wonderful. I needed their help with setting up the demo and spoke with two members of the team - Kay and Anna. They both were very patient and helpful. I look forward to exploring how the app can work for our business. We sell on both Amazon and Shopify.
This product is great for recording costs on Amazon in QB. However, it does not come "out of the box" and it will take hours of programming on your side and continued back and forth via email to get things just right.
You have to advocate for your company and your books as the onboarding only covers a small portion of the specific rules and fees you will incur selling on Amazon.
Furthermore, be careful about potential price changes after you are in their ecosystem.
We have also been waiting on the Walmart fees integration for over a year. Each month, it is a month away from production, but it has yet to come to fruition.
