I am a QBO user. Today was my 1st day using Synder. I chatted with Andrew today who was very patient while helping navigate through Synder. He was very helpful. I have a lot to learn, but if the customer service continues to be this good, I am sure I will learn a lot.
The setup to be too rigid, lacking the necessary flexibility for a smooth implementation

Since Synder offers different levels of customisation depending on the selected plan, we are usually able to find a solution that fits a customer’s workflow. Based on the history of your conversations with our implementation team, we proposed a setup that your accountant confirmed should meet your business needs. We are now waiting for your team’s final confirmation so we can complete the implementation and get everything up and running. There's a lot of Xero to Shopify apps, lots of them with limited or overly expensive functionality. Synder are stand out so far especially with regards to their customer service. I got Andrew on a chat and rather than direct me to 'help articles' - he carefully explained and problem solved all of the technical issues I was facing. This is the difference that will get me to subscribe to a service that actually solves my challenges. Fantastic so far. Highly recommend.

I use Synder for my Shopify, Etsy and Amazon bookkeeping. Customer service is great and Felix is super helpful.
Synder is a great app for seamlessly syncing transactions between Shopify & Quickbooks. Lizzie offered great customer support too!
Used this app to integrate with Quickbooks. Needed to transfer all PayPal transactions to Quickbooks and it worked great with Synder. Definitely worth it.
James, Kiryl, and Lizzie have been super helpful as we configure everything to our needs. I like the app so far, totally customizable which is essential for our needs!
Synder is the best sync system I've found for ecommerce sales data. Simplifies and automates the whole process, and their customer service is great (especially Lizzie, thank you!)
I use this app to help me to automate energing sales and payment data from Shopify to Quickbooks Online regardless via the payment was from Shopify CC processing or PayPal. The application not only brings over the payment but it also creates a sales receipt in QBO and then I would match the payments to them. It also separates the payment processing fees so I can track that separately. I do see some issues where some products that I sell online get created twice in the product / service list in QBQ that I need to clean up and merge, but not sure if that is a Synder issue or a shopify issue.
