Love how this app allows me to integrate so many payment platforms. I was a little confused how to setup the account, so I reached out to customer support for help. Ted was amazing! He was patient and guided me step-by-step to a successful setup!
Kiryl explained to me that the transactions sync after the payout to the bank is received. I love this app and it saves us hours of time consuming labour to manually key in orders into quickbooks. Highly recommend.
George was extremely helpful and walked me through the entire setup from start to finish. We tested transactions to ensure they were coded correctly within our accounting system. We work with multiple selling regions and multi-currencies and George was knowledgeable on all required Xero settings. The process was very Smooth. Thank you George and Synder!
The support is really good at working with you on figuring out how to best sync data into your system and the rep I had, Kiryl, was able to give me the technical information I was looking for to finalize my decision on moving forward. The data that gets pulled is very easy to sync and matches correctly instead of using journal entries like other software I've used. I definitely recommend this if you're using Shopify and Paypal for your business because it will help centralize the data you need as a business owner or bookkeeper.

Great tool that covers all needs of syncing Quickbooks Online to PayPal and Shopify. Had a quick chat with Andrew in support. He took the time to understand my question and review it deeply. As a customer, you cannot ask for any better service.
Great platform, however, hard to set up and their pricing structure is not straight forward. Ended up being charged per automation rule, ect... seems like they are trying to get you to pay extra where ever they can.

This app is just too difficult to integrate. Straight out of the gate I got a password reset e-mail. Why reset? I never setup a password. Then an e-mail from the CEO. Then another to finish integration. That's what I've been trying to do!!!! Tony Bondar did not help. Uninstalling !!!!
