So far so good, still learning the features and functions but the app appears to be exactly what we were looking for.

We have Quickbooks Desktop for Canada and Synder works perfectly between Shopify and Quickbooks. Many hours saved with the sync of transactions, and the easily mapping of our products from Shopify to Quickbooks Desktop. Our accountant is really enjoying it!

It worked from day one. I had one minor issue where i could not find a setting, but Marko showed me where it was in 3 minutes via chat session! I'm talking FAST response in chat and right to the fix!

Synder is perfectly working with Quickbooks as we use it....and with shopify too....everything is smooth and working great.

Turned into an existential threat to our company

Synder built an atomic bomb into our entire accounting and did nothing to fix it for one month. We do not know how to proceed, the Service is not replying and we do not have a way out. We have thousands of orders in the backlog that are not synced and no way to solve the problem. Our cash flow is off, our inventory is off and we are entirely blind.

Be aware of all the fake reviews of newly added users that only rated Synder. Check the negative ratings for an accurate idea.

Update: The friendly Service team helped us to solve the complete shutdown after multiple weeks. Now the tool is 20% working with multiple failures per hour. I am definitely not happy with the current state, as we have one person nearly full-time monitoring Synder.

Update: Weeks later, the tool is still not working. Errors and red flags are everywhere. We are in 24/7 contact with support but we are still looking for a solution.

Update: The issues seem to be fixed now and our books are restored correctly. Andrew worked hard to solve our problems and we appreciate his assistance. We will update this review in the future in case the system stays stable or collapses again.

Update: Another update. After reconciling our books we found countless other problems that were caused by Synder. The service guys (especially Vili) are legends but the tool simply does not work. It creates so many problems and we invest more time in trying to solve them than we are saving using the tool. For the past months, our inventory, sales figures, and revenues have been completely off and we are doing everything we can to straighten things out to close the year properly. So despite all the great and responsive service, Synder and everything is represents is probably the biggest problem we are currently dealing with as a company

The speed of synchronization depends on the API limits of ecommerce platforms (Amazon+Shopify in your case). I am a QBO user. Today was my 1st day using Synder. I chatted with Andrew today who was very patient while helping navigate through Synder. He was very helpful. I have a lot to learn, but if the customer service continues to be this good, I am sure I will learn a lot.

Snyder helped me sync historical data after I had issues with another app. It brought over whole sales orders which is exactly what I needed.

We shopped around looking for a better way to import our transactions into QBD. We have a complex Shopify store and our QB is hosted on Right Networks. After some tries and fails, we found Synder. We have had tremendous support from their support department! They are quick to respond and even if a solution is not readily available, they never give up and keep trying until they can, or they send it to the development team to see if it is something that can do in the future. Great folks, great products!

Synder is user super friendly. I love working with this app. And when issues appeared I always was able to reach out support team and resolve all of my issues. Kay, Andrew and Vita are super professional in their approach of fixing problems! Truly Recommend!
