This is a life saver for a small business. Easily connects to quickbooks desktop and has saved hours on manual entry so I can spend more time focusing on the business and less on admin. This is a highly recommended app.
Just trying out this new app and so far it is excellent. Customer service from Lizzie was the best! She helped me troubleshoot and onboard perfectly!
Live chat support is great! I had a few questions with onboarding and George took his time to answer every question. He was very responsive, offered step by step instructions, and sent screenshots. This is what you call customer service.
I chose to go with Synder for one of my eCommerce clients. I am so glad I did. Liza Nikanovich is part of the support team at Synder and she helped me with the integration of QBO, Shopify & PayPal. This app has been a HUGE timesaver. The ability to bring over all of the transactions from Shopify and Amazon has saved me a ton of time, and the personalization options within the app make this process so much easier.

Kiryl explained to me that the transactions sync after the payout to the bank is received. I love this app and it saves us hours of time consuming labour to manually key in orders into quickbooks. Highly recommend.
The support is really good at working with you on figuring out how to best sync data into your system and the rep I had, Kiryl, was able to give me the technical information I was looking for to finalize my decision on moving forward. The data that gets pulled is very easy to sync and matches correctly instead of using journal entries like other software I've used. I definitely recommend this if you're using Shopify and Paypal for your business because it will help centralize the data you need as a business owner or bookkeeper.
