We have eliminated hundreds of manual data entry hours with Synder. I've worked with multiple intagration systems and by far this has been the easiest to use. They have an instant chat bubble so I can ask a question and get immediate help. Andrew has been super helpful with setting up and testing integrations when we added new platforms to automate. Honestly - this is the easiest of platforms to use if you are looking to sync orders, accounting and inventory between platforms.

I was skeptical about whether or not I needed this and was almost ready to bail on it, but then was won over by a FANTASTIC support team (Helen in customer success and then I got Andrew a few times over chat) that helped me get everything up and working and then were SUPER receptive to getting feedback and suggestions on how to improve things. Everything is REALLY customizable which is awesome - it takes a little bit of extra work to get it set up, but once its done its done and everything just WORKS.
We had issues with reconciling Shopify deposits with the Bank feed using Synder. Synder listened to our issue, which I believe is a "we" larger than just our firm, and is updating their Journal Entries to accommodate days there are more than one deposit. They listened, they are easy to work with, they are professional. Support is critical to work with these apps.
