The app is seamless and intuitive, it has significantly streamlined my data analytics workflow. Setting it up was a breeze, and the autoexport feature is a game-changer, providing real-time reports on product performance and sales.

UPDATE for 2023/2024: Alpha Serve has updated the Tableau connector to use OData instead of WDC (WDC is being deprecated by Tableau). OData is a simpler connection and doesn't require Tableau Bridge as both Tableau Cloud and Tableau Server can directly refresh the OData extracts. OData is working great for us. We've upgraded to the Professional plan because we now have more than 5000 orders.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: This app works great to import Shopify data into Tableau. We're using the Basic plan to import a couple thousand orders into Tableau, full refresh every day. Tech support from Alpha Serve has been excellent. Because we use Tableau Online, we have to use Tableau Bridge on a PC to update the extract from the web connection.
