We tried several other tab app solutions before but each of them quite badly interfered with existing theme styling. (Always back up your theme before adding an app like this in case that happens so you can revert.) This one was clean, and also gave us the best options for easily customizing the look. We didn't need to resort to any CSS edits. As a bonus, no noticeable effect on load times either.
Like several others, it takes product description content with a particular HTML heading tag (defaults to H4) and converts that into a tab, or an accordion if all of the tabs don't fit on a single line, which is perfect for mobile use. You can elect if the first tab is open or not automatically in an accordion view. There are a lot of good looking preset styles as a starting point and a nice UI for customizing and previewing the look to match your customized theme. What's most important for an existing established store is that by adapting an existing tag (say an H4) you can slowly introduce tabs to your product content pages and easily choose not to use it on some if desired. We found this very practical, plus it typically took seconds to a minute per product to get the look we wanted, which is great for stores with a lot of pre-existing content. You can easily have content above the first tab too.
The only thing on our wish list it doesn't do is give us the ability to have content after the tabs. Once you've used the HTML tag associated with a tab, the tabs will pick up on all of the remainder of the content. It'd be nice to have another heading tag that can be used to specify where tabs end so standardized footer content can be included in a product description. That's the only thing stopping us from giving this 5 stars, and it's not a show stopper so this is a keeper for us.

it is a great tabs app!!! we have used several apps to make the tabs in our product page, neither of them can reach to our request, untill we find tabs studio. after tring this app for several days, we immediately upgrade the plan since it really works, helpful and price is really really reasonable (i would even say it is a low price comparing its quality). and when we have one part need help, via their contact form, we can easily get the help and Meghan helps us so much on it. I would recommend this app to anyone who has the needs for the tabs in the store!
First of all, I would love to thank Meghan for helping me. I first inquired about whether or not tabs worked with meta fields. I received a response from Meghan AND she gave me a video showing me how it worked. I then ran into some issues that I didn't quite understand.. AGAIN she was there to send videos and help me. I was stuck on another coding issue I didn't understand and she offered to fix it herself. She was patient with me, understanding, and catered to my questions. Thank you again and this app is the best out there in my opinion. Everything looks neat, you can customize, and you can't beat the price and the customer support. All of the app app functionality is provided via lightweight JavaScript that's loaded asynchronously and is completely separate from the theme.

After a thorough investigation, and to our complete surprise, we found that Shopify recently stopped delivering emails to our support+tabs@stationmade.com email address!
Our official support form at https://stationmade.com/app-support continued to work properly, but any messages sent by Shopify’s ‘Get support’ link simply disappeared without any indication of an error.
We definitely weren't ignoring you, we just had no idea you were trying to contact us!
Thankfully, the problem has been fixed and Shopify is now delivering the messages again.
Immediately after seeing your review we checked your shop and found that the tabs were working properly, but content wasn’t showing because it was created in a separate app, and the tabs hadn’t been told to show the content from that app yet.
We sent you a video on Friday, April 29th (the same day you left this review) that shows how to integrate the other app with the tabs and get everything working the way you’d like.

I used this app to add a delivery tab to my product description. Was super easy to implement and looks really professional. Took all of 5 minutes to do.
I did not use it now. I am going to use it in my descriptions today. I am happy about the great function, but first I have to test it. I will update!
This app is phenomenal and makes the description page much more organized for customers. It's very easy to use and you don't have to worry about installing code, etc.

I use this app on my store, it is excellent and so it the support. I needed a minor change due to the html code from my product supplier not being supported. Tech support were able to use the shopify collaboration to change the coding on their app to meet my needs. It was done very quickly and the result was perfect. Highly recommend this app. Thankyou Station

Integrates with my current theme and allows me to create tabs from my product descriptions (h4 tag) and assign tabs to groups of products. Next is to integrate a "Reviews" tab. Great product keep the enhancements coming.

This app is pretty good its precise and consistent. idk why this review requires minimum 100 characters though.
I love it! So easy to use and customize! The free version is awesome too. From what I see, the free version does not allow you to have many shared tabs. For example, you want 10 of your products to have the same tab, well instead of copy pasting to each product, you can do it directly from the app. But if there is two shared tabs, like 10 products with this specific tab and 10 other products with another specific tab, then you have to pay. I think it's a very fair deal. I highly suggest this app. It's really helpful such as adding the same shipping information on each product or dividing the product description into many tabs such as description and ingredients or description and sizing chart. I am not very good at explaining, but it's really a good app to have for starters at least.

I've been using this app for almost 2 years and it has been working really well. In fact, I use the app on two stores. I especially like that I can create shared tabs by entering info one time and it shows on all product pages. It looks really nice.

All I can say is WOW! Super super easy and intuitive to work. Took me about 3 minutes to get all my tabs sorted and what a difference it's made to my product pages. I didn't even need to mess around with the design and layout, and it looks great on mobile too.
Don't waste you're time with other apps for the tabs feature if you get here on your first try then you are in luck, trust me i tried different apps for this feature i get all i want from this one and more

Just installed this app after trying out another (more popular) one, and this one blows that one away by a long shot! Incredibly simple setup, super customizable, excellent price. I had beautiful customized tabs on a couple hundred products (site wide tabs and product specific tabs) up and going within about 5 minutes. I'm a very happy camper after finding this app!!
