I just installed this app today after reviewing many apps on the Shopify app store to find one that simply does discount popups to collect emails and get better conversions at the same time. This app is awesome and did just what I wanted with very little effort. Support from this company is outstanding. Not only did Jeremy answer any configuration questions I had, he also provided recommendations for best conversions. Thanks to the team at Smartflowlabs.

The app works great, and it has a much higher email sign up conversion rate than other popup apps. I like that it provides a lot of features even on a free plan. Also, the support team is one of the most professional teams I've ever seen. 5/5 stars!

So far so good! I haven't had a ton of time to really test out all the bells and whistles yet but I haven't had any issues. Even if I did the support staff has been very attentive, making sure I know there is help if I need it. If I remember I'll come back and update this review once I have used the email capture a bit more. There are several plans to choose from including a free version. Like most apps that integrate with your site, the more automation you need or want the more service you'll need from these guys and gals. Just know that they've got your back.

I used the chat to gain some insight into how the app works. The gentleman was quite knowledgeable about the world of online commerce in general. He was able to quickly answer all my questions & even provide me with some suggestions not related to the initial inquiry.

Free e mail validation is all you need to know. That makes Tada the clear winner among all the free popup apps. E-mail validation will save you hours of time and save you a lot of $ and stress (especially if you’re a Mailchimp user). Popups are automated and bug-free, too.

Great customer support. Nice customization as well. Would love to add custom background on the Wheel widget though.
