I found the costumer service to be genuine and the app looks like it has been analysed and thought out to get me some good costumers coming back

Everything is good. Customer service is very nice. I think I will use the app on my website campaign.
With so many similar apps on the marketplace, this one really stood out with very responsive support and enthusiasm for helping us get set up.
Simple CRO for beginners. Tada is the easiest way to optimize your conversions that I’ve ever seen. Sure, it’s nothing in-depth, but most small to midsize stores don’t need that. You can EASILY boost conversions and learn about exit intent, gather e mails, and do basic tracking all with popups and analytics.
So far so good I've tested out a lot of apps & this have to be the most user friendly one and Im already seeing results after 2 days of having the app I've collected a few emails already... Plus, the support is super responsive and helpful thank you I can see a great future with this app !
Only just set it up, but it was quite simple to do. Quick chat with customer services was easy and very helpful....... now to see if it helps convert to sales!

I've been working on starting up my new store, and have been looking for a good solid app that does not feel invasive to the customer but at the same time can help me capture more sales and leads.
I will say that their support is outstanding. I needed to do a small customization to the look and it was really fast to get help. I love it .
