Used to tag orders as they arrive to help internal tracking and our fulfillment. Prompt and great support from their team when we ran into a couple issues - would recommend.

The app is very useful, I hope to have support within 12 hours since we are in different time zone but I believe that I cannot wait more than 12 hours to get answers during weekdays.

A very powerful and effective app for organizing orders and products. I’m sure it works well for customer organization as well, but have not used that yet. Customer support is quick and helpful — I’ve had to contact them a few times but all issues were down to me using something incorrectly and were quickly and easily resolved.

A great app for a function that I couldn't find on Shopify- tagging customers based on order/product history. So useful for email campaigns, thank you! Great customer services as well!

This app has been helping us greatly with our order admin and with improving our customer service. The workflow library is great and I can see lots more ways the app will be helpful once I get around to setting up a few more workflows. Support is quick and responsive too.

Excellent, easy-to-use app that allows me to tag orders that need to be double-checked before fulfillment, e.g. problem customers, very large orders, or destination countries that require extra shipping information. The developer's customer service is fast and helpful too.
