TagRobot works GREAT! They answer questions and it is SUPER easy to use. We use it to "tag" our retail customers from our website as we have both retail and wholesale customers on our website. We wanted the customers tagged so that we could easily send out emails to our customers using the Shopify Marketing emails. It works GREAT!! It was easy to implement and SAVES US TIME! We use A LOT of apps and this developer is the MOST responsive! 10 STARS!

This app is great for tagging orders and customers. We use this app to tag and segment our customers into groups for targeted email blasts. Developer responds quickly to emails. Would highly recommend!

I needed to do some additional tagging based on product purchases. I tried a number of other apps, but found this the simplest one, and also loved that when I had a support query for something a little outside the product's scope, the developers replied and enabled me to do what I needed within a couple of days.

Highly recommended.

Terrific customer support, even for a small fish like me. Was able to use it to retroactively tag all of my wholesale customers and get analytics data on sales velocity that otherwise would have been a huge lift to get done. And because it auto-tags customers, now it is always at my fingertips, even for new clients! Thanks!
