I reached out about an image syncing problem and support team got back to me the same day with a offer remote call, I'm really appreciate that. The response from team was quick also. The app isn’t perfect yet, there are a few small features I’d love to see added in the future

Excellent Support – Fixed My Issue Quickly
I’ve been using TailorKit Product Personalizer and recently ran into an issue. I initially spoke with Eli, who was really helpful and took the time to understand what was going on. Lisandro then followed up and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Great customer support from both of them – really appreciated the fast and friendly help!

Aún estoy probando la app, para empezar con personalización y cliparts creo que es muy correcta y el equipo es excepcional. Hay cositas a mejorar en la aplicación, pero hablando directamente con soporte ponen todo de su parte para solucionarlo y mejorar.
Te ayudan, guían y solucionan dudas super rápido, incluso fuera de horario y se esfuerzan por satisfacer las necesidades. Estoy realmente contenta con el equipo

An app with great potential, but it lacks a little perfection. That's not a big problem, as the technical support is excellent; they respond quickly, efficiently, and are very friendly. Any problem you may have, they'll help you resolve it. I'm happy to give Tailorkit a try!

The support team has been incredibly helpful! They spent hours with me to make sure every issue was resolved and didn’t stop until I was completely satisfied.
