very helpful for TW logistic operation. customer support is profesional!
專員/客服態度良好且用心回覆問題，感謝人員的協助，現階使用上大致順暢，期望改善 (1)客服回覆速度能夠再即時一點，目前僅能透過mail 方式詢問，顧客有突發狀況無法即時處理；(2)顧客變更配送方式，需要逐一修改參數欄位，有點不便利；(3)顧客發生點選公司戶電子發票，僅有統編 但沒有輸入公司名稱，仍可成立訂單，後續處理不便。
希望可以有電話可以快速確認。已經開通方案但是因為不確定使用方式而無法開通只能靜靜等待，覺得浪費時間。
Jamie服務很貼心，平台剛上架資訊量過大也不用太擔心，他們會協助處理相關設定，若遇到不是他們App事務的，也會盡可能幫忙，推薦大家可以安裝～
能將物流與電子發票一起整合，是款非常方便的APP，在運費合併及超商自動選店的功能都蠻符合台灣使用需求。非常謝謝Maggie的細心協助，能夠清楚理解商家所遇到的問題，不僅一次次解決了系統運作上的疑問，針對功能與流程也能提供詳細且專業的說明。
