第一次使用很多介面設定都不太清楚，還好貴司的Maggie協助幫忙，也很耐心給予操作方式，最後很完美的解決了購物車問題，真的很感謝!此次體驗給予滿星，若之後還有問題，也再請協助了，THX!
很感謝之前的客服Kelly，回覆滿認真有時候甚至會直接打Line跟我解釋，現在他功成身退換成客服Joanna，雖然才剛開始但回覆態度跟誠意我可以給高分，還留了手機號碼以便我臨時需要客服協助～
不過客服機制希望可以更加強一些，例如可以增加即時的官方客服對話框等等，因為目前app的客服是需要寄信且不會馬上回覆，如有突發狀況又無法handle的話會比較慌張一點～
