Currently, there is no single best pick-up logistics app in Taiwan.
1. The series connection system is intuitive and flexible
2. The cost is reasonable
3. If you have any questions, you can find someone, and the response speed is within 1-2 days.
In addition, I would like to thank the professional Joanne for her assistance and helping me to better automate the application and FLOW. I highly recommend Joanne.
很感謝之前的客服Kelly，回覆滿認真有時候甚至會直接打Line跟我解釋，現在他功成身退換成客服Joanna，雖然才剛開始但回覆態度跟誠意我可以給高分，還留了手機號碼以便我臨時需要客服協助～
不過客服機制希望可以更加強一些，例如可以增加即時的官方客服對話框等等，因為目前app的客服是需要寄信且不會馬上回覆，如有突發狀況又無法handle的話會比較慌張一點～
很實用的APP, 尤其是運費可以設定本島和離島的規則, 台灣地區推薦使用
根本沒有客服可以問，黑貓上傳沒有成功過！！
