Tangent : Hair & Skin Quiz

This has been amazing in terms of helping customers figure out their skintype, concerns and which products will work best for them. It took a lot of work to setup the quiz (especially because we setup results for each skintype with various concerns) but once it got up and running and we synced with our ESP to email routine suggestions it has been a game-changer. Also, a special shoutout to Sushil from the team who has always gone above and beyond to help us and answer any of our questions.

I’ve been really impressed with Tangent’s Skin & Hair Analysis app. We added their selfie-powered quiz to our site and it’s been a total game-changer. It scans a customer’s selfie and gives them personalized skin and hair insights along with product recommendations - and it actually works really well.

Setting it up was pretty easy, and the team at Tangent has been super helpful throughout. They were quick to respond whenever I had questions and genuinely seemed invested in making sure everything was running smoothly.

Since launching it, we’ve seen better engagement and it’s helping us guide people to the right products without making them fill out long forms. Just a selfie and some smart tech behind the scenes.
