I haven't used the AI generating features, but just as a drag and drop blog post builder, it's pretty easy to use and effective. Support is very responsive and helpful.

Relatively simple app to use to build a site. Support thus far has been good. However, they don't have a way to build a shopify product page if that's what you are looking for.

Other then that, it's a good app.

It has good modules that perhaps from your visual constructor you do not have them, the support and technical service is excellent, they could increase the weight a little more for pages with heavy content

At first it was bad experience when removing the app. However, Max and Cody connected with me and fixed the problem!

Easy app to navigate, lots of options to custom build landing pages. Customer service is also great and fast replying!

Holy wow this app is so much fun to use--I'm redesigning my store which was on Big Commerce for 8 years, migrated over to Shopify. This app has taken my home page from just ok, a step above my Big Comm site to...amazing. I'm not a developer, so I can get in over my head pretty quickly. I find this app very easy to use and intuitive. When I come across something I don't understand, their tech support appears on chat right away and will send screen shots of what I need to do. Incredible customer support and the agents know what they're talking about. Can't say enough good things about Tapita!

Update 5 weeks after installing: we had some bumps in the 2nd week but Keenan, Max and the rest of the team were helpful and fixed anything that was wrong. Plus they're great teachers and have helped me learn to use the app to its fullest.

The app is pretty easy to use, although some simple actions are too hidden to make it efficient to use.
For example, adding a link is part of a pop up menu that is only accessible from one location. To add a link to some text, you need to type in your text, click on a button to open the Wysiwyg Editor, which will open in a pop up window. From there you can finally add a link to the text! This is such a basic feature, so I find it pretty frustrating that it's hidden behind too many clicks.
The same applies to center the text: nothing can be done directly from the Paragraph editor, only from the Wysiwyg Editor.

However, I contacted the customer service several times for different issues, and they were always very quick to answer, and keen to go the extra mile when helping out.
