When a customer clicks the button, WhatsApp opens with a pre-filled message that includes product details if they are on a product page. You can set up multiple support agents with different departments, and assign specific agents to specific pages using URL pattern rules. The button appearance is fully customizable with colors, positions, animations, and three display styles.
