4 stars for the connectivity. It drops out every hour (it seems) but irregularly.
[Added Aug 8, 2017] It appears that the desktop and mobile versions are not in sync. There was an instance where the mobile version shows 2 visitors, then all left but the desktop version still showing these visitors (not refresh).

An agent's status will not be changed from online to offline as a result of being idle or not viewing the tawk.to Dashboard.
If your computer or browser has a sleep mode setting, this will cut off the internet connection and set your status to offline in the Dashboard.
If an agent is inactive for 10 minutes (default setting), incoming visitor events will turn off.
However, the whole Dashboard can still receive chats and will remain active.
Please note:
If a visitor becomes Idle and remains inactive for an additional 10 minutes, the session will end.
Your visitor will continue to appear in Monitoring during the 2-minute buffer period.

Nothing but amazing. This app does not only allow you to chat totally free to customers and visitors, you can download the free app and chat when your out and about. You can view what the visitors are doing on your website even watch them flick from page to page, you can create a chat so it pops up on the visitors screen, you can view the exact town the visitor is coming from...Seriously guys there is so much more I would love to promote about this app but my list would be very long indeed. The app is easy to navigate and understand, once downloaded it's simply takes seconds and the support is pretty impressive as well. Highly highly recommended and Shopify should be very happy this is available for free and has no doubt brought me much needed sales.

When the widget is in Offline mode, it will act as a form and ask visitors for contact information so you can get back to them at a suitable time.
The Offline Form will show when all agents are logged out from the dashboard or if you have set the widget to be offline with the Widget Scheduler.

tawk.to is a brilliant live chat app that allows you to easily interact with customers when needed. Also the ability to send offline messages is a great feature too!

When no agents are logged into the dashboard, your visitors can fill in the Offline form.
Offline messages are emailed to the email address specified in the tawk.to account. You can designate team members to receive offine messages in the Mail Notification section of the property Admin panel. Offline messages can also be viewed under History and in the Messaging tab under All messages.
To reply to an offline message, you will have to click the Convert to Ticket button.

Is there anyway to auto set the working hours ? I am using the app on iOS and I don't want to manually set myself Offline .

The Scheduler allows you to manage the operating days and times of the widget.
Once the Scheduler is activated, you don't need to worry about forgetting to log out or manually setting your status to Offline.
To access the Scheduling feature, follow the steps below:
1. Go to Admin (gear icon) in the left sidebar.
2. Select Chat Widget
3. Select Scheduler
Note that you have to be logged in to the Dashboard during operating hours to be online. If there's no Agent online and logged in, the widget will still be offline.
