I installed the app from the app store, just to write a review. I've been using Tawk.to for a while with the manual code in my theme.
If you're looking for an excellent way to grab your customer's attention, install Tawk.to. Not only does Tawk.to have a few features that most chatters don't have (like live preview of what the customer is typing and business hours scheduling), they also have great support.
Well worth the free pricetag.
We've tested every chat app available and settled on this one. It's stable, works across all devices, has great non-buggy features that just work and to boot, it's free!!! Can't argue with free.
Very detailed chat system which is available for all users. Many features, customization available.

Awesome App. Seamless integration. Really easy way to engage with new customers and answer their queries, provide reassurance in this Covid challenged world and as an online gift store, provide some of the personal service and interaction normally only available to brick and mortar stores. Worth every penny, even if they did charge. Easily customizable, easy to use on desk top or mobile. Customers have all been really excited to have a chat option.
