Have been called an asshole and a cock today because we disputed that inspite of an inadequate service we didn't see why the cost should rise to $499 per month for 15 webchats a day handled by those who have been pretty poor of late.
I said this rise was mental, and was told to 'watch my language'. For calling their price rise mental. Yet it's acceptable for a Shopify app owner to call a customer an asshole and a cock.
Apparently there is no new ownership and this is the manner in which they speak to people. We will be using Tidio or We:amaze now. Do not waste your time with these folks.
Their 'coming soon' features have been coming soon for 18 months, that's how long we had been with them. Never again.
