VAT/ TAX Exemption & invoices

App works.. sometimes. Seems to break every few days with the devs working to fix it. Not reliable. Switching to a different solution.

I have been looking for a tax solution for our B2B customers on our B2C webshop for a long time. This one ticked all the boxes. I had to request a small tweak because our shipping location is in a different country. Litteraly one mintue after the request, this change was made.
I couldn't be more pleased with the support of the app and our customer support team will be very pleased with this solution.

Great app and outstanding support. We are a Swedish company selling to both B2C and B2B customers across the EU, and this app has been instrumental in creating a smooth and reliable B2B checkout experience. Our B2B customers can now place orders from EU countries outside of Sweden, enter their company VAT number, and have VAT automatically deducted at checkout. The support team is excellent. We needed help creating custom metafields to pass VAT-related data to our ERP system, and this was solved in under one hour, fully coded and deployed.

Finally found a reliable app that makes VAT exemption for EU business customers effortless. Customer service is professional and fast, installation was straightforward, and it just works. It also automatically adjusts prices at checkout for B2B and non-B2B customers. Highly recommended.
