I would highly recommend someone else. I just got this from their support about their California tax reports not being broken down as they should (schedules A and B)

"he tax information from Shopify is same for all the states. Our app generates reports for all the states in a similar manner.

We cannot change the report to make it in the format of the Schedules or any other format for any specific states. We get autofile requests from California for several clients.

Our team converts the reports genearetd from the app to the very specific format for any state as might be required. They also manualy convert it to schedules A & B for California.
Please let us know if you would like to try our Autoifle service so that our team can do the filing for California for next quarter."

Basically they don't want you to access reports, they want you to buy their autofile service for $20 PER filing. If you have to file monthly, the price is going to be high. Suggest going somewhere else.

Support is terrible. Asked one question which took 5 days to get a reply. Asked a follow up question and 8 days later, no reply. Burned up my entire trial period waiting to get information but cannot make a determination about whether this app meets our needs with such poor support.
